We are pleased to announce that the annual Al Islah Fundraising Day for the whole community raised an amazing £9000. It was great to see people from all communities attending the event. This would not have been possible without the support and donations of the local businesses, charities and the community. I would like to thank each and every one of you for your generous support.
Also thank you to the Deputy Mayor Parwaiz Akhtar, MP Kate Hollern, Leader of Council Phil Riley and the Central Ward Councillors Mahfooz Hussain, Zamir Khan and Samim Desai who attended and supported the event.
Behind every successful event we need a dedicated and a strong team.
Al Islah is privileged to have a dedicated team of Governors, Trustees, Head Teacher, staff, students and team of volunteers that worked so hard to make the event successful.
